Full-time community service job, at least 50% time with my kids, a fitness business and a hauling business, making time for my hobbies and passions.....

Everything is based around my health first. Physical, mental, spiritual.

What I learned from Can't be taught Without getting in the trenches and doing the work. I found a new mental discipline I never thought I had. My relationship with food has become very positive and consistent, and I am excited to take my body and mind to the next level.
