What I learned from Can't be taught Without getting in the trenches and doing the work. I found a new mental discipline I never thought I had. My relationship with food has become very positive and consistent, and I am excited to take my body and mind to the next level.

Got bored and had to mix up some exercises. My short attention span makes slow and controlled exercises a real challenge.....

Fun fact:
Before the toilet came along, people had to p**p in a squat position, completely bottomed out, displaying full hip mobility and core stability. The result?
Almost zero evidence of back pain and spine issues. In some countries today, they still drop a deuce in a full squat position. Guess what? Those countries show little to no back or spine issues.

The conclusion?
Squatting deep allows better number 2's, and a healthier spine.

The things I have learned after watching this recording:
- I suck at camera angles and need to work on it
- I need to do more dead lifts so my peach looks better in tight pants
-I need tighter pants
-Ice melt makes a gym floor impossibly dirty

Try this after an upper body workout. Renegade rows for 10 reps into bent over rows for 5 reps. I used the 50s, 40s, and 30s. Could have used the 100s....πŸ˜πŸ™„ (......not)
