What I learned from Can't be taught Without getting in the trenches and doing the work. I found a new mental discipline I never thought I had. My relationship with food has become very positive and consistent, and I am excited to take my body and mind to the next level.

Our fitness challenges are a perfect starting point loaded with direction and incentive. If all you had to do was follow a done for you program (workoutsπͺ, nutrition,π₯¦π supplementation,π a ton of accountability and community) follow the rules of check ins and follow ups, and implement what you are learning for a body transformation, all while getting fit and healthy, why wouldn't you? Fun fact:
Before the toilet came along, people had to p**p in a squat position, completely bottomed out, displaying full hip mobility and core stability. The result?
Almost zero evidence of back pain and spine issues. In some countries today, they still drop a deuce in a full squat position. Guess what? Those countries show little to no back or spine issues.
The conclusion?
Squatting deep allows better number 2's, and a healthier spine.
