The Afterburners’ season came to an end today as the boys drop an extra-innings heartbreaker to the Redhawks, 9-7. To all of our friends and family- THANK YOU for all of your support this summer. We had an amazing summer and always cherish the opportunities we get to play this beautiful game. We’ll see you out there in 2022!

The playoffs are almost here! Your Afterburners finished the regular season with a record of 10-6 to lock up the four-seed. Join us this Sunday at 9 AM as we take on the five-seed Colorado Redhawks at Golden High School! Michael LeBois will be on the call as we live stream, so tune in if you can’t make it in-person! Final score: Kokopellis 6, Afterburners 1. It was a beautiful day for baseball but the boys just couldn’t get the bats going, putting up 1 run on 3 hits to end their winning streak at 4 games. Tune in next week as we take on the Night Train at 12:30 at Denver Christian!

Streak extended! The Afterburners defeated the Bandidos 9-0 to extend their winning streak to four games. Today was an all-around great game with the offense clicking, dominant pitching, and some incredible defensive plays. In his last game with the team, Nick Ho**er made an astonishing catch in deep right-center with runners on first and second and one out to preserve the shutout, in what is most assuredly the front-runner for defensive play of the year! Tune in next week as we look to even the season series against the Kokopellis!

The Afterburners defeated the Cubs 6-5 in a highly anticipated matchup this Sunday at Vista Peak. Blake Estep turned in an incredible performance as he twirled 7 shutout innings en route to the boys’ victory. This game was another solid team win with numerous outstanding defensive plays and timely hits when we needed them the most. Tune in nest week as we take on the Bandidos at 12:30!

Afterburners win! The boys get a winning streak going after beating the Colorado Redhawks 13-8 in a tough back-and-forth game this afternoon at Vista Peak. Today was a huge team win against a formidable opponent and each player contributed in a big way. Come see us next Sunday as we take on the Hops at 12:30!
