For some reason, I am so creatively blocked on this platform!

As you have probably noticed content isn’t coming to me like it used to.

Why?
This is something I am currently in the process of exploring!

One thing I do know…
There’s been slight stagnation in my heart that I’m gearing up to share!

It feels like a piece of steak stuck in my throat that needs the Heimlich maneuver 😂

It’s brewing though I feel it!

The other piece, I feel disconnected from my storytelling! That’s the magic I thrive in!

And really I’ve been questioning why I am stuck…

Because it’s really only on this platform!

Last night I hung out with my most impactful mentor (we didn’t take photos)

A coffee shop work date turned into us actually never even pulling out our computers because the conversation just kept flowing.

While we aren’t in a mentorship container at the moment and over the years we’ve built a beautiful friendship…there’s something I admire so deeply about the relationship we’ve built!

There’s a s**t ton of humanness in it!

While she is one of the most brilliant and embodied souls I have legit ever met, she always reminds me that it’s okay to be human!

We exchanged vulnerable shares about this wild time we are living in and the challenges and shifts we’re both moving through!

And I shared.
And she shared.

and we were just wild, open and vulnerable!

And by the end of the evening, I wanted to hire her again!

Because she reflects something so beautiful back to me through her vulnerability & embodiment!

Mentors aren’t super humans!
We go through s**t!

And just because she shared her current season of shifts & challenges didn’t make her any less qualified to lead!

Why?
Because I don’t want a mentor who always has it all together!

Because when s**t gets hard… how will they know how to guide me?

I don’t want a mentor who is always happy.

Why?
Because then that would mean there’s some spiritual & emotional bypassing happening!

I want a mentor that can hold herself through the challenging and trying times!

Because that’s courage & that’s where the wisdom flows from.

There’s something so beautiful about a mentor who is going through her own s**t and has the raw lessons to share with you as her wound closes.

There’s something so magical about a mentor who can go through tough seasons and still hold her clients through enormous breakthroughs!

There’s something so empowering about a mentor who is raw & real because she is leading from her heart!

And as I have shifted into being a leadership mentor, I feel that’s the piece I have stepped sharing.

The side of me that struggles.
The ups & downs I experience as a business owner.
The misalignment that happens.

And although it’s vulnerable AF… I know I MUST share it!

Breathwork has been one of the greatest gifts I have ever come across!

It’s been the most consistent healing modality I have worked with since I started this journey back home to myself back in 2017!

Now I’m not talking about the Breathwork you do during yoga or meditation.

This is a 2 hour conscious connected breath journey!

Back in 2021 I enrolled in a journey to become a Trauma-Informed Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Feminine Leadership Mystery School that would change the whole trajectory of my life and coaching business!

Last June, I spent 10 days in Lefkada, Greece to work on finishing my certification!

In December of last year I submitted all of my 500 hours and became certified!

My clients have had the opportunity to experience Breathwork & I have slowly been integrating it into my business and I’m so excited to make T

Yes, there’s no doubt that doing the inner work changes you internally…

But not a lot of people talk about how crazy the external transformation can be!

It’s still so crazy to me to think both of these are me 🤯

When I first embarked on this journey it started with my body!

Deep into bodybuilding, I had crazy body dysmorphia and an eating disorder.

Which later lead me to losing my cycle for 3 years and spun me into wild hormonal dysfunction.

Through the help of acupuncture, essential oils, Chinese herbs and a whole entire lifestyle change…. I was able to get my cycle back the natural way!

& This is where I fell in love with holistic health!

Simultaneously, it was suggested by my naturopathic practitioner to really soften into everything I was doing!

I had only known a life of hard work.

I had only known to be strong through the repression of my emotions!

If something was “wrong” with me…I had to figure out how to “fix” it & if I couldn’t do that…I would ignore it.

Operating deep in my masculine was what I was taught!

It was my survival mechanism which was contributing to the dysfunction in my body!

Your body keeps score of every repressed emotion, every unhealed wound, every traumic experience you turn your head away from.

Those live in your body!

So I dove deeper into somatic experiencing and sexological body work!

That is where everything really started to heal!

My eating disorder went away completely.

My relationship with myself as a woman grew immensely.

I was LIBERATED from things that had NOTHING to do with my body!

Passion.
Love.
Self Intimacy started to become my new norm!

& this is the work I do with my clients.

It changes the trajectory of their whole life.

It cultivates deep self intimacy!

And this weekend, I was reminded to share this when I had the gift of facilitating this work with a few of the amazing soul’s in ceremony!

This is big work!

No amount of “mindset” or personal development or even subconscious reprogramming have the power to heal the way you can when you work with the body!

I’m so excited to birth this new opportunity to do this work in a year long experience!

Something big is coming for the whole woman!

This past weekend we held another extremely powerful psilocybin ceremony in Los Angeles for a group of 22 of the most incredible people.

Being able to be a psychedelic facilitator is such a deep honor & I hold such deep reverence for this soul work!

I do not take this work lightly!
It is deep.
It is not something to play with.
It is probably the deepest work I get the honor of doing in this lifetime.

The work we get to witness and be apart of is really hard to explain unless you truly have experienced it. However, I can say the most rewarding piece of this is being able to witness these people come back home to their true essence, to free themselves from the internal mental chatter & struggle and understand what a life of pleasure, bliss and ecstasy feel like!

It’s so amazing to hear and see the transformations.
We see people completely dearmor and shed sometimes lifetimes of layers that are no longer serving them.
The shares during the integration circle the day after the ceremony, truly bring tears to my eyes.

FULL. BODY. CHILLS.

It’s a remembrance.
A reclamation.
A full liberation.

There have been more times than I can count on both of my hands that I have wanted to quit my business.

Not because things were going bad but because it stopping being fun!

Why?
It started to be less about my mission & more about the results I was or wasn’t producing.

It truly was because I stopped leading from my heart.

Before I started the deeper journey into the depths of feminine expression....

I was leading from my logical + masculine mind.

I adopted all of these rules and parameters for how I was taught things "should" be done.

Then, because I’m an overachiever that way…I took those suggestions and made my expectations even more rigid.

Which eventually led me to the deepest BURNOUT.

And my “WHAT THE F**K IS THIS ALL FOR?” MOMENT.

Which eventually woke me the f**k up!

I didn’t create this business in hopes that it would bring me pleasure.

I must create and experience pleasure as I am building and scaling my heart-centered mission!

And that’s when EVERYTHING started to shift!

And THEN....
I completely changed my entire business model where I could finally come to a deep exhale & alignment in my business!

I spent less time forcefully trying to create an impact & started experiencing the impact I wanted to create.

I stopped looking for pleasure in my accomplishments & financial growth & started to create joy & pleasure inside of me.

This is the misalignment you may be experiencing right now.

You may find that you are stuck in comparison for what everyone else is doing jn your industry & distracted by all of the external noise with how much money they are making!

But to truly make an impact you must lead from your heart!

You must come back to your remembrance of why you started this in the first place! 

It's a journey back home to your heart.

My social media break illuminated a significant disconnect for me.

I was outsourcing my pleasure to the dopamine hits Instagram was providing me.
Checking my phone… ten, fifteen & even twenty times a day.

While simultaneously, frustrated that I was feeling creatively blocked.

The more blocked I was… the more pressure I would put on myself to show up.
Which is one of the huge reasons I was intuitively nudged to take the break.

I didn’t know it at the time but my feminine was yearning to be the source of her own pleasure again.
To call back her unfiltered expression.
To remember the magic that she is without all of the external noise.

My creativity was feeling like a dried up, wilted rose with a tight bu****le.

Why?
Because I wasn’t prioritizing pleasure as my main source of creation.

Unconsciously putting all of these rules and “shoulds” on how I was supposed to show up.
The pressure of my growing “To-Do List” being the driver instead of my pleasure.

So in comes the sacred pause.

My feminine was yearning to be expressed through a fuller and deeper intimacy.

Don’t get me wrong… she has had time for expression everyday but she yearned for more.
Not just in ritual or ceremony but weaved in and threaded through everything I do.

“Follow your turn on”
“If it’s not a f**k yes. It’s a no babygirl”

And then the flood gates of pleasure opened and then so did my creativity.

That’s the beauty of pleasure.
When you allow yourself to experience pleasure in everything you do…
Your heart softens.
Your womb opens.
Your pelvic floor relaxes.

And you suddenly feel full of ideas ready to be birthed through you.
You move through life in overflow

It is here that “LACK” has no place.

And your creativity opens again.

Put your logical mind in the back seat and let your turn on take the drivers seat!

You are tired of the Instagram algorithm.

I have gone through many season where I felt like I had lost my creative mojo.

I would scroll back through my instagram posts…

Looking back at how great my engagement used to be
I would look back at old Reels and be like “Damn…I used to be creative.”
“I used to love social media so much.”

What happened?

Well, there are ebs and flows to the social media game.
You have to be in it for the long game.

Not being obsessed with the algorithm but taking time to learn and understand your own trends.

Your creative block could mean you are no longer aligned to the way in which you were creating & sharing content in the past!

In solitude and stillness will connect you to your own innate wisdom…

And when you return back to social media..

Maybe you create a Pinterest mood board on how you would like your feed to look?
This will give you direction.

And then decide what feels best for you and the way you like to express yourself?
Is it Reel? Graphics? Lives? Photos?

Do what feels best and that will bring you into alignment.

And remember…
It’s a long game.
