Looking for people ages 14 and up, that want to work hard and join the new All Valley Boxing team located at Midland Fitness in Glenwood. Discipline, hard work and dedication is expected, with the goal being ready both mentally and physically to compete in boxing tournaments with the confidence to win due to your dedication and hard work.

Tuesdays 4:30pm to 7:30pm (come anytime during these hours, it is not a formal class)
Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30
