We got you on the in-person group session to end the week.

We will be on stage at The Village Health Fair this Saturday 10/17 kicking off the event. (See flyer for address)

1st session is at 9:45 lead by

2nd session is at 12:30 lead by

We will also have a tent down there so come fill the stage with us or stop by💪🏽

A lot of things take time, but yoga actually GIVES time.
