What are you doing, today, right now, to be your Best Self?
Good morning! Yesterday I introduced “Cindy” a famous, yet simple, body weight workout that is one of my favorites. Today I’ll start breaking it down. It consists of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 air squats. Let’s break it down.
PULL UPS
What you need: a bar, (can substitute TRX, dining room chair, dinner table). *ask if you’re confused
Stretch chord or step up box for assists
