HI WELCOME TO MY GYM šŸ‘‹šŸ‘‹

the studio—

We are a private fitness studio located off s broadway, in the platt park neighborhood of Denver!

the training—

Currently we offer:
- 1:1, 2:1 + 3:1 training (usually split between couples, friends, siblings, etc)
- weekly small group classes (up to 4 people per class so we can prioritize as much individual attention as we can)
- last minute openings (these are posted on our instagram stories & can be grabbed by current clients, new clients or anyone wanting to pop in randomly without additional commitment)

the style—

My focus is lower impact strength training aka no jumping / running, and modifying exercises or form when a movement doesn't feel good to the body, with an emphasis on form & creating a safe space where we can guide our clients to feel strong & confident in their bodies!

the trainers—

Tay & I both currently have limited availability, but always love connecting, sharing any options we have & giving any additional suggestions šŸ’•

We know workout classes can feel intimidating and/or nerve-racking, especially when trying somewhere new, so now is the best time to grab a friend & come try one of our small group classes!

🌸 When you purchase a class / class pack, we will send you a code to sign your best bud up!

🌼 All classes hold up to 5-6 people, just enough to have that group class energy, but cozy enough where we can still keep our focus on form & supporting everyone at their individual fitness levels.

🌸 Form & progressive overload are our main focuses in each class- you should leave feeling like you had a good challenge & comfortable understanding of the workout, without intense burnout or soreness afterwards.

🌼 We offer drop-in’s & class packs that can be used for any / all class options!

✨ eyes closed bc I must be dreaming ✨

OK necessary corny joke out of the way- this past month with .bytay has been beyond what I expect and I’m loving every single moment of it!!

Yes of course you always can make s**t happen by yourself, but at some point this business became more of a 2 woman job and bringing Tay in has been nothing short of badass.

šŸ”„ Being able to watch and support another female trainer grow her business
šŸ”„ Getting to the point where we could use more time in the day and space in the studio (within ONE MONTH wut)
šŸ”„ For the first time since starting my business (5 years ago mind you), feeling like I can take a day off through the week without guilt
šŸ”„ having someone along side me, with the same motivation / drive / excitement for what we do

This s**z makes me so happy šŸ’•

New Years Day @ 11:15am MST Tay|Denver Personal Trainer] & I are hosting a 30 minute virtual workout- donation based ONLY, with 100% going to Bad Bettie Project] . Those affected by the fires can seek help through the Bad Bettie Project Non- Profit: Marshall Fire Fundā¤ļø

I would LOVE LOVE to be able to generate $500 for the Emergency Bettie Fund by tomorrow so we can offer the most support possible- so if you’re able to donate even $1, it is greatly appreciated!

It’s official… WELCOME, TAYLOR!!

Taylor and I found each other on TikTok (oh the power of social media) and instantly connected! From day one I could see how kind, hardworking, motivated and freaking passionate she is about training and I LOVE IT!!

So so excited for her to be apart of the family and be able to watch her flourish!!!

✨ Forever grateful for all the amazing people I am surrounded by and that have allowed me to be apart of their health & fitness journey ✨

Since opening my studio SIX WHOLE MONTHS AGO (time is flying by) I have been able to grow beyond what I imagined- and absolutely loved being able to have the first official client appreciation event in this space!!

Within that time, ā€œembrace the spiceā€ also became a staple… when you come in to train my goal is always for your experience to be enjoyable and your workout to have some spice to it of course!!

Here’s to another 6+ months of doing what I love, in a space I love, with the best people!!

Is there any better feeling than hitting a goal you didn’t realize you could hit?!

Nari hit her hip thrust PR today with 255lbs!!

LETS TALK PROGRESS REAL QUICK...

First of all- it’s going to look different on everyone AND it’s (in the way of goal progression) always evolving.

Here are some of my top notes when it comes to progress within your own journey:
• You’re ✨most likely✨ way stronger than you think. Whether that’s psychically (in the gym/your workouts) or mentally (showing up consistently, not letting old thoughts tell you you can’t do something, etc.)
• Always being ready to learn & understanding there will be periods of regression OR parts of the process will take longer - and feeling confident in the entire process!
• Nailing down a strong foundation & not being afraid to ask for help will get you SO much further than forever trying to take this journey on by yourself.
• Please please pleaseee don’t take yourself or your progress too seriously. Half of the battle is mental & if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing- there’s a good chance you won’t stick to it long enough to see real progress happen!

I often feel even within my own IG stories shared that it’s so so easy to get caught up in seeing what other people are doing and then feel bad about where we BUT don’t ever forget that every single person starts from zero experience at some point in their life.

Strength is built over time.
Form is built over time.
Confidence is built over time.

...take your freaking time and make sure you’re moving in a way that makes YOU FEEL LIKE THE BADASS YOU AREEE šŸ’ŖšŸ”„
