Hello Slingshotters!
First, we want to thank you for your order and your interest in our product and growing business. We realize that many of you have gone without a response to your inquiries for far too long and we sincerely apologize. During this holiday season we've been inundated with orders far beyond what we expected. While this is a "good problem" for our business, it has meant that we've fallen far below our expectation of good customer service.
Shipment #1 (orders placed prior to November 1st)
-Orders fulfilled
Shipment #2 (Orders placed between November 1st and December 10th)
-We will be receiving this shipment next week and will ship orders December 19th or 20th. Your orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery and depending on where you live and the backlog at UPS it's possible that the order will be there for Christmas. An email confirming your shipment and tracking number will be sent as soon as your shipment is ready to go.
Shipment #3 (Orders placed after December 10th)
-We are very disappointed to announce that we had a customs delay overseas and we will not be able to deliver this product before Christmas. We are doing everything in our power to expedite the process and plan to have product in hand by January
8th and ready to ship immediately after.
As a final announcement, we will also have stock of the Blue color Slingshots. So if you ordered a Black Slingshot and wish to change your order to Blue please respond to this email with your Order # and request to change colors. If you wish to keep your order with the Black Slingshot no action is needed.
As we have seen demand for our product increase substantially over the last 4 months, we would encourage everyone to keep their order (and their place in line). However, if you would like to cancel your order, we will immediately refund your purchase. For order cancelations please email [email protected] with your order number and last name and the title "Request to Cancel Order - Your Last Name."
