As a fitness trainer, I’ve learned that real wellness isn’t just about the time you spend sweating in the gym. We Create Beach Bodies
We designed a beach-ready body program for our client through a proven, results-driven process that transformed her physique in just 12 weeks.
Our client embark on a balanced journey of strength training three times a week for 30 minutes to build power and definition, complemented by Pilates twice weekly to enhance flexibility and core stability.
We integrated low-impact cardio 20-minute sessions five days a week to improve endurance protect joints, and build cardiovascular endurance all while following a tailored nutrition plan packed with 40 grams of protein, 30 grams of healthy fats, and 30 grams of carbs to fuel muscle growth and fat loss.
To keep motivation high, we include three strategic cheat meals each week, ensuring sustainability and enjoyment throughout the journey. The result? A confident, sculpted beach body—because dedication, consistency, and smart planning make fitness goals a reality.
