25 people came out to Endorphin at Lowry tonight for Stink and Drink....only about 15 came out to the drink but we will shoot to do better next week!!! ;)

Boxing at Endorphin at Ryders was such a good time tonight!!! We had a mom, dad, daughter combo and 2 sisters!!! 6:30-7:30pm Tuesday and Thursday Nights, Boxing Baby!! 👊

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!
This mornings kids class at Endorphin at Lowry was fun and tasty. 1st one is a wall sit strong face and 2nd is our own kinda selfie. Fruit smoothies were made all morning for the younger kids and older kids at the community class at 9:45am. I made it for the older kids bc how much these kiddos liked it.

Never started a Birthday with these kind of parties!!! I feel so very fortunate and lucky in what I get to do everyday. This will be a great year, thank you for all the love!!!

Sunset Meditation on the Rooftop at Endorphin was the most relaxing class I've ever taught and have been apart of!!!
