SWEAT EQUITY TRAINING
My mission is simple:
I want to motivate young athletes, develop their skills, build their confidence and give them opportunities to pursue goals and reach heights that I was blessed to experience.
I know what it feels like to dream about playing at the next level.
I know what it takes to go from a young athlete with a goal to playing college football and eventually earning an opportunity to play professional football.
Now I want to help the next generation chase their own dreams.
Through Sweat Equity Training, I work with athletes on speed, agility, footwork, body control, change of direction, strength, explosiveness and position-specific football skills.
But more than anything, I want young athletes to understand one thing:
Your future is built through the work you are willing to put in today.
This is bigger than football.
This is about giving young athletes an opportunity to believe in themselves, work toward their goals and see what is possible when they put in the sweat equity.
I’ve been there.
Now it’s my turn to help them get there.
