The Basketball Bureau

First tournament of the season, First chip of the season!! We don’t stress over winning. We don’t recruit or poach players. We develop in house. We work, we learn, we implement and we get better. We focus on our weaknesses while maintaining our strengths.

Big Thank You to the parents for trusting me with this group since 2nd grade. It’s a process. It’s called DEVELOPMENT, and it doesn’t happen overnight. If you want to learn how to play game the right way come over the Bureau records you heard!!!!😂😂😂

This is a real problem in Colorado right now.

Too many kids only care about Lines 1 and 2, but ignore the other three. The reality? Line 5 is the foundation. If your grades aren’t right, none of the rest matters. You can’t even get into school without them.

Lines 3 and 4 are what build you up for Lines 1 and 2. There’s no skipping steps. No shortcuts. No cheating the process!Coaches see through that every time.

A strong work ethic, both in the classroom and on the court makes your path way less stressful. If you’re really good, coaches will find you. Stop chasing attention.

Get in the lab. Work in silence. Stay consistent.

Then show up and let your results speak loud.

Bureaucats Fall League is Back! 🏀

Our development league for ages 5–7 is the perfect way to help young players build a strong foundation for competitive basketball.

Each session includes:
• 45 minutes of skill development
• 45 minutes of 3v3 game play

We teach the game the right way, focusing on fundamentals both on and off the ball:

🏀 Defense: Man-to-man principles, team defense, boxing out, and rebounding.

🏀Offense: Dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and playmaking.

With guidance from some of the best coaches in Colorado, your child will gain skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

This weekend’s Bureau MVP’S!

I’m so proud of this group! Hard work and consistency pays off!! We lost to a really good team earlier yesterday. We played them again later in championship game and beat them!!!They showed resilience, toughness and hard work….Especially on the defensive end! Well deserved fellas!

Congrats to our 6th graders and Coach Jordan for bringing home the championship yesterday!!! The hard work is paying off!! We see you!
