I have a real gift for creating a space like no other and this full moon is not exception.

Start the evening with a grounding meditation, move into a tea ceremony using herbs grown right here in my backyard, settle into a reflective journaling session, and close with a sound bath featuring 5–9 sound healing instruments. Journals are provided. Space is intimate — just 4 guests — so that each person receives the full experience.
This is a once-in-a-blue-moon evening. Literally.

Did you know May is unique with 2 full moons — the first on May 1st and the second on May 31st. This second moon is known as a Blue Moon, a rare event that amplifies the energy of whatever intentions you carry into it. Falling in Sagittarius, this Blue Moon calls us toward expansion, truth, and a deeper sense of purpose — making it the perfect night to pause, listen inward, and dream a little bigger.

Investment $65, space is very limited! Grab your spot before it fills up! Link in bio!

Wow 🤯 how I am here!!!
Gratitude is the attitude!

This life is wild, hard, sad, alive, joyous…this life is one to live! My younger self who wanted to be a gymnasium/dentist would be so proud!

That little girl who never quit fit in, the one who was picked on, teased, made the butt of every joke, the one who was spit on, pushed, and always worked 100x times harder then anyone she new, stuck up for the little guy always…would look at me now and say…wow I understand the struggles now, I see the joy in the pain, I see the growth in the discomfort, you made it to the other side, you are at peace.

I may not be a gymnast or a dentist, but I do teach movement and nervous system regulation and I have a place where others teach it too!

The little reminder that life is not the destination and the joy is not the goal, peace and contentment is.

Cheers my friends

Wow 🤩 what a weekend in LA for a once in a lifetime opportunity! Meeting and learning from him was nothing like I expected and everything I needed. Followed by meeting and practicing next to Bryan’s son, reconnecting with … my heart is full.

To say this family is special is an understatement. The Kest family is a living breathing example of what it means to be human, to connect, to hold space, to show up as you are, to just be you. I am so lucky to in their orbit, to connect and recharge with them.

Cheers LA until next time.

What happens when you let go…
What happens when you are unattached…
What happens when you allow the moment to move you into stillness…
What happens when you are still and quiet…

This weekend moved me to utter tears in the best way possible. To have a teacher hold space for you, to be surrounded by like minded people, to have your friend hold your hand…my deepest gratitude to for being that teacher for me. We may only see each other a few times a year but each time has been deeply profound times for me.

Thank you to for joining me, for supporting me, for supporting my studio, for being a light in the dark, for wearing matching shirts with me, for teaching this old dog some new tricks, and for just being an amazing listener.

This weekend will forever live in my heart.

It’s finally happening!!! Second cohort of YTT!!! Join me August 1st through October 10th, 11 weeks of transformation!

Do you have to want to teach to take a YTT??? NO, in fact 90% of people who take YTT just want to learn more, want to experience more, they just want deeper knowledge and understanding. YTT is more than just learning to teach, it about finding yourself.

Reach out with questions and I can’t wait to guide you on this journey!

11 days and counting!!
The place I feel at home, the place that expands my mind, the place where the most incredible humans are!

Meeting Jonah Kest and being a part of YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS has been one of the best decisions. I can’t wait to learn from Bryan Kest's Power Yoga in 11 days!
