I have always had a passion for tennis and I started playing when I was very young.

Now that I no longer compete, I would like to use my skills and training to coach others and help new aspiring tennis players perfect their game.

What do you think about the 5th set tiebreak?? Personally I think it was an unnecessary rule change, and it takes away from the psychological pressure and battle of will which occurs when the 5th set goes past 6-6.
Thoughts? Opinions? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Taking advantage of the nice weather today for some serve practice... not very exciting, but this is the price of victory! Always work on consistency over raw power.
Power comes not only from the strength of your arm & core, but from the efficiency of your technique as well. When the pros serve, every joint & muscle in their body is working together and contributing a tiny bit of power, from your big toe and your knees all the way up to your shoulders and finally the snap of your wrist. When you put all those little pieces together, they add up to create a devastating serve! This comes from long hours of grinding out serve after serve, to the point when you can do it in your sleep.
After 10-15 minutes of serving, my thoughts begin to quiet down and the practice takes on an almost meditative quality. Trust in your body and in your training, and they won’t steer you wrong!
