Something magical about being so high up in the sky all by yourself. It's very inspiring.

I havent hiked a 14'er for about two years so I was very surprised with my endurance and strength. I've done this climb before and this time just felt very smooth and almost easy. That's on consistency in the gym. Excited for more.

Dont miss out on the power that gratefulness can have on your life. Every morning I try to sit down and write down the things I'm grateful for, big and small.

Social media has a way of making us feel like we are always missing out on something. But I always think, if I didn't have access to how everyone else's life is going, would I be feeling this way?

I'll admit that I struggle with FOMO, I have this need to constantly be doing something. Which isn't always bad, but I'm teaching myself to find joy in mundane things. Like mornings, I love a slow morning.

So if you ever feel like you aren't doing enough, or don't have enough, or that you aren't good enough. Go write down all the things that make your life beautiful, it will change your mindset. We have so much to be thankful for, and where you are now, and everything that happens to you is that way for a reason. 🀍

I don't know if it's just me, but the world has felt kind of noisy lately. So much stimulation all the time, So many thoughts, things to do.

So I've been craving more nature, and peace, and quiet. With that, every day I try to change up my scenery, and find moments where I can just truly enjoy life and each moment. Where I can slow down, and just find gratefulness. Where I can just sit in silence with myself and gather my thoughts.
I do that by putting my phone away, not playing music, and just being. God's been teaching me to slow down and rest, because life is meant to be enjoyed and sometimes we get too distracted to remember that.

Had to say goodbye to one of my first clients and great friends, as she moves on to new adventures. But I know she's going forward a completely transformed person. So proud of her!

Just a friendly reminder that the way we look shouldn't be the main reason to why we exercise and eat right. That is just the cherry on top to making the best choices for our body.

We should be doing these things because we love ourselves enough, in order to take care of our health and well-being.

Exercise, and eating whole foods are crucial to avoiding chronic illness, bettering our mental health, longevity, and living a more fulfilling life. Confidence and physique are just an awesome side effect, but it shouldn't be our main priority.

Once your mentality shifts to viewing health this way, you'll be so much more motivated to live this way. You'll see results faster, and you'll be happier and more confident. I can say this because I've experienced it myself. πŸ’•

You know that gut feeling you get when you're about to do something hard? That's how I feel everytime I'm about to do reformer pilates.
I've tried many different workouts, but this is always by far one of the most challenging.
