was not moving out of my office. It wasn’t rethinking my business to operate without human touch, and it definitely wasn’t figuring out what a potential new path might look like.

But that is what my day looked like yesterday.

I’ve cried. A. LOT.

Mostly because this beautiful space upstairs of had become home.

And now it felt so lifeless.

So today I mourn.

And in the words of my good friend .aghazarian :: When you get off this roller coaster, just make sure you stop for a funnel cake before you get in line for the next ride. 🎢

I haven’t been at my office much.
It really breaks my heart.

Today I had my second session since March 12th. Second.

I’ve been struggling with everything around work. Is this still my life work? Is this a bump in the road? Or a curve.

I don’t know. But I’ve decided to take my own advice from today’s session, and let go of my end of the rope. Stop pulling. Stop the tension.

I have been having so many conversations about overwhelm, fears, anxiety...and feeling other people's stress (Energetic Overload) that I decided to reopen my Online Class in order to share the tools I use in my personal life and professional (reiki and energy healing) life to release unwanted energy and stress.

Originally this was $595 and included 5 healing sessions with me...so I have taken the sessions out of the package to make the online content available for $75.
