In this accelerated training, you’ll explore Barre through precision, alignment, anatomy, musicality, cueing, hands-on practice, and real-time teaching feedback.

You’ll learn how to teach with clarity, confidence, and intention — not just move through the format.

Strength, shake, and sculpt from head to toe in this full-body barre experience. Tru Hot Barre blends strength and flexibility through four focused sections—upper body, thighs, glutes, and core—using small, controlled movements and high repetitions to build stamina, improve posture, and support better balance. Expect to tuck, pulse, and shake your way through a challenging and energizing practice that’s approachable for all levels.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the wisdom of your nervous system and why it responds the way it does in a fast-moving world. Through conversation, reflection, and somatic practice, you’ll learn simple body-based tools to support more regulation, grounding, and ease.

We’ll begin with learning, move into an embodied practice, and close with journaling + optional sharing.

Class Format Spotlight: Himalayan Kriya Flow⚡️

One of our most unique offerings at TruFusion, Himalayan Kriya is inspired by the ancient practice of Kriya Yoga and blends breathwork, kriya techniques, and dynamic movement into a powerful flow-based experience.

Known as “evolutionary action,” this practice works with the subtle energetic body to support transformation from within. Through breath-coordinated movement, mudras, mantras, and bandhas, you’ll clear stagnant energy, release emotional blockages, and deepen awareness.

Schedule:

Thursday – 9:00am with Lindsey (includes essential oils thoughtfully paired with each class)
