After watching women’s March Madness… one thing is clear:
It’s not just talent. It’s the DETAILS.
The pace.
The footwork.
The decision-making.
That’s what separates elite players.
And the crazy part?
Most young players aren’t training these consistently.
If you want to play at the next level, you have to start training like it.

Thank you for planting the seeds that grew into the belief that I can achieve my wildest dreams. Luckiest girl in the world to have parents like you🤍✨
I grew up spending all day in the training facilities my parents opened up. I was obsessed with being there all day. Watching my dad and mom train, build culture, run operations and build systems that impacted the sports performance world.
Now the fact that God has opened the door to open up my own training facility is a reality I didn’t know would come true or not. Moral of the story, you never know how your calling will encourage the next generation of people.
Mom and dad, thank you for being obedient to your calling. Thank you for never letting me believe my dreams were too crazy and hard to achieve. I love you both so much!
No matter when this facility opens, it will be the perfect time it was always meant to be!
