Playing through took on a whole new meaning at Evergreen Golf Course the other day! ⛳️

A massive herd of around 50 elk completely took over the hole 5 fairway, making for an incredible sight you only get playing mountain golf in Colorado.

With the fall rut kicking off, a quick reminder to everyone on the course: these are wild animals and their behavior gets unpredictable this time of year. Always give them plenty of space—keep at least 35 yards (or about a full basketball court) between you and the herd. Admire them from a safe distance and let them have the right-of-way!
