It's official... The Strength Showcase is COMING BACK!

On Sunday, October 4th FYSF members are invited to show off what strength looks like.

When we ran this event earlier this year it was an instant classic and we knew we had to bring it back again.

Members took to the "platform" and showed the results of all the hard work they've been putting in and it was AWESOME.

This is a day all about fun, community, and celebrating strength in all forms.

The FYSF Book Club is back! Open to members and non-members entirely FREE!

We had an awesome turn out for our first book club during the summer so we're bringing it back for the fall.

We'll be reading The Rose Code by Kate Quinn.

Our next meeting is one month from tomorrow if you want to start reading!

These book club meetings are all about community.

No pressure to have finished the book, no pop quiz or trivia -- just a relaxed hour to talk, laugh, and get to know each other.

This event is about so much more than crossing a finish line. It's about coming together as a community to support local families, celebrate movement, and make a real impact.

This Member Appreciation Month (MAM) we're introducing a fun new way to get involved - FYSF BINGO!

Pick up your Bingo card at the studio and check off boxes all month long. At the end of the month we'll draw raffle tickets for the winners!

HOW TO GET RAFFLE TICKETS FROM YOUR BINGO CARD:
- 1 Raffle Ticket = 1 line (any direction)
- 2 Raffle Tickets = Postage Stamp (2x2 square in any corner)
- 4 Raffle Tickets= X (Creating an X on your BINGO Grid)
- 5 Raffle Tickets= Blackout (All squares checked off)

HOW TO GET EXTRA TICKETS:
- 1 extra raffle ticket = bring a new to FYSF friend (this extra ticket happens after you fulfill both bring-a-friend squares on the BINGO board.
- 3 extra raffle tickets for checking in on your personal page
- 5 raffle tickets for a 5-star Google Review, or Nextdoor Recommendation, or a 5-star Yelp Review
