I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 30 years and I’m still learning every day.

Still curious.
Still listening.
Still fiercely passionate about this practice.

From my first lesson with Romana at Drago’s Gym, to opening re:AB Pilates Studio in NYC, to writing The Pilates Body…the path has always been clear. The practice of this work is the way.

I’ve studied with leaders in their respective fields, explored the body inside and out, and witnessed thousands of people transform, heal and come alive through Pilates.

Even after closing my studio and moving to the English coast to raise my young family, I kept being pulled back to teaching, sharing this work with new friends, fellow parents and teachers at my children’s school. I often taught for free, reminded of the saying:
“Not in it for the income, in it for the outcome.”

What keeps me here isn’t the business or claim to the name.
It’s the practice.
It’s the power of helping people feel consciously better in their bodies.

Authenticity isn’t a title to give.
It’s a truth that you live.
