We hope everyone enjoyed a great weekend full of sunshine and is feeling ready to head into a fresh week - and a brand new month - with some solid goals ahead.
We’ve got a full week of training on deck, including continued Oly Comp Prep work and plenty of skill, stamina, and accessory work to keep us moving well and building strength.
This is a great week to get consistent, log your scores, support the people around you, and start thinking about what you want to work toward as we head into summer.

Darby () first dropped into Train in 2021 looking for consistency and accountability in her workouts. Almost five years later, Train has become a steady part of life for Darby, Micky (), and now sweet Addie.
Their story is such a beautiful reminder that Train is so much more than just a gym - it’s a community that supports every stage of life.

This week’s Bright Spot is all about our incredible athletes and the amazing things they accomplished over Memorial Day Weekend. 💪
From adults to kids and teens, we had athletes taking on Murph at Train and others tackling the Bolder Boulder, and we couldn’t be more proud. We love seeing our community embrace fitness both inside and outside the gym. Whether it was many rounds of pull ups, push ups, and squats to complete Murph, running mile after mile through Boulder, or cheering on friends and family, this community showed up in a big way.
We also want to give a very special shoutout to Ruby ❤️.
Ruby () has been working through a knee injury for quite some time, but she continues to show up with determination and a positive attitude. She’s been putting in the work through classes and PT sessions with Jimmy, never losing sight of her goals. This week, she brought back her linked pull-ups and took on Murph alongside the rest of the community.
Ruby, your resilience, consistency, and commitment to your health inspire all of us. We are so, so proud of you!
Keep showing up, Train!. The effort, grit, and support you give each other never go unnoticed. 🙌

How rad is this?! Our very own Amanda Rodriguez () designed the latest and greatest Train Denver swag, and we are OBSESSED.

Every Memorial Day, we gather for something bigger than a workout.
Year after year, our Train community comes together to take on Murph in honor of our fallen heroes - and these group photos from the past few years show exactly what this day is all about.
It’s remembrance. It’s gratitude. It’s effort. It’s community. It’s showing up, doing hard things together, cheering each other on, and honoring the meaning behind every mile and every rep.
Murph is tough, but doing it alongside this community makes the day something truly special. We’re grateful for every athlete, every family member, every coach, and every friend who shows up to be part of it.
Today, we move with purpose. We remember. We honor. 🇺🇸

Happy Memorial Day Weekend, Train Denver!
We hope you’re enjoying the long weekend, getting outside, spending time with people you love, and getting ready for Murph tomorrow.
Murph is a Hero Workout completed in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all of the men and women who have given their lives in service. It’s a tough workout with a lot of meaning behind it, and every year we come together as a community to honor the sacrifice, push ourselves, and support each other through it.
Tomorrow we’ll have two Murph class times at 7:30 AM and 9 AM, followed by a Kids Class at 10 AM and a big community BBQ after. SweatHouz will also be joining us, so stick around, recover, eat, hang out, and enjoy the day with the Train community.
We’re also wrapping up the last week of May, which means we’re almost halfway through the year. Take a look at this week’s programming, get your classes planned, and start thinking about what goals you want to chase over the next six months - inside and outside the gym. Remember, we’re here to help you dial those in, build a plan, and keep moving forward.

🌟 Happy Bright Spot Friday 🌟
What a way to wrap up our second Benchmark Week of the year! We’ve seen SO many wins across the board - not just on the barbell, but in the workouts too. PRs, confidence boosts, breakthroughs, and athletes proving to themselves what they’re capable of. Huge accomplishments all around!
💥 Erin (.nichole.w) hit a 205 back squat PR, officially joining the 200 Club! She also hit a 105 split jerk!
💥 Kendall crushed a 100 back squat PR!
💥 Craig PR’d across ALL lifts this week - major milestone after major milestone
💥 Tiff () has been dialing in her nutrition and it showed with a huge deadlift PR
💥 Corinne () officially hit the 600 Club with her CrossFit Total! 🔔
We love seeing the hard work pay off and the PR bell ringing every class. And the best part? We get to do it all again in 4 months!
Another Benchmark Week means another chance to chase progress, set new goals, and celebrate even more wins. Let’s get after it!
