Our Fall Equinox Sound Bath + Meditation has been planned for a while, but I definitely dropped the ball on getting the word out. 😅 So if you’ve been craving a Karen Koutsky Sound Bath, THIS is your sign to grab your spot!

Join us THIS SUNDAY, September 20 at 6 PM as we welcome the Fall Equinox with an evening to slow down, settle in, and simply receive. 🧘‍♀️✨

🐾 MEET OUR NEWEST DOWN DOG ASSISTANT… BIRDIE! 🐾

Her qualifications are questionable, but her enthusiasm is unmatched. 😂

Birdie’s studio responsibilities may include:
🐶 Assisting with unexpected face licks
🐾 Putting her paws on you whether you requested an adjustment or not
🧘‍♀️ Demonstrating a VERY convincing Puppy Pose
😴 And showing everyone how Savasana is really supposed to be done

She’s still in training, so please be patient with our newest (and tiniest) staff member. 🤣❤️

And Birdie would like to remind you that COMMUNITY NIGHT is THIS FRIDAY!

Pregnancy changes everything—your body, your energy, your emotions, even how you move through your day.

For four Sundays this October, we’re creating a space just for YOU.

✨ A space to move.
✨ A space to breathe.
✨ A space to connect with your changing body.
✨ A space to meet other expecting moms.
✨ And maybe most importantly… a space to simply slow down and be cared for.

Our 4-Week Prenatal Yoga Series is coming to Down Dog Yoga & Wellness in Denver, NC:

Sundays | October 4, 11, 18 & 25
2:00–3:00 PM

No yoga experience is necessary. You do not have to be flexible. You just need to be an expecting mama who could use an hour each week that is completely about supporting you during this incredible season. 🤍

And this isn’t just four prenatal yoga classes…

Your $175 series also includes a 60-minute prenatal massage with Lauren—because growing a whole human deserves a little extra care. 🥰

🪑✨ You asked… and we’re listening!

We’ve had several requests for Chair Yoga, so we’re thinking about adding it to the Down Dog schedule on Thursdays at 11:00 AM — but first, we want to see who else is interested!

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible way to move, stretch, build strength and balance, and breathe — all with the support of a chair. 💛 No getting up and down from the floor required.

It can be a wonderful option for:
• Beginners
• Older adults
• Those with limited mobility
• Anyone working with an injury and trying to safely regain strength and mobility
• Or anyone who simply wants a gentler, supportive yoga practice

So now we need to hear from YOU…
