2 minutes @20 spm
2 minutes @22 spm
2 minutes @ 24 spm
2 minutes @ 22 spm
Full on to finish the 4,000 meters! Our 🇺🇸 DAC team fastest finish of 15 minutes by our 🇫🇷 trainer, close finish by our Aussie trainer 🇦🇺 & a strong finish from 🇬🇧 British member followed by our 🇺🇸 trainer. Thanks for those rowing technique tips lady!! My ‘boat’ would have sank🤣

Looking for DAC bike riders; anyone who takes a spin class, has ridden with any of the DAC road or Mtn bike rides & anyone who has been ‘touched’ with Alzheimer’s.

I’m Caroline; I am a trainer& yoga teacher here at the DAC My Dad, my uncle, Grandmother & recently my Aunt have all passed from Alzheimer’s. I am riding in the June 8,2025 and looking for people who may want to be on the team.
You can ride any distance; I am riding the 75 miles again.

I made it to the ALZ happy hour last night & meet some super cool people. They are all running in the Colfax running races May 18&19, because they all have been touched by Alzheimer’s.

It’s that time of year again….Colfax time!!! We have 2 DAC teams again this year& as Captain I have chosen the CO Alzheimer’s chapter as our charity to run for& hopefully place in the top 3! In years past we have run fast enough to be in the top 3 & win money for charities like, & This year I chose the Alzheimer’s chapter in honor my father & Uncle Charlie & my Aunt Diane who is currently suffering with this disease. My fellow team mate/ co-worker is now dealing with this situation with her mom. Is heart breaking 💔 to see someone you love wither away into someone else only to forget you.
