🩵V-Flex: Stretch, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles to allow you to improve your range of motion and stability so you can do the poses on the pole.

🩵Just Peachy: Choreographed glute workout to make you smile cheek to cheek!

👀Peek inside our Flirt Classes:

🩵V-ography: Dance and choreography classes that enable you to connect with your body, feel beautiful, and reclaim your passion for life through sensual movement.

🩵Flirty Fitness: A cardio dance party in heels! Our signature course that recreates a night club atmosphere of disco lights, pumping music, and uninhibited movement. Follow along to fun choreography while you work up a sweat.

🩵V-Flow: Be free and embrace your sensual side through experimenting with movement.

👀Peek inside our Fly Classes:

Leveled skill classes that will take you from the very basics all the way to advanced spins, tricks, and poses.

Meet Coach Bri! 💜

We’re excited to welcome Bri (miss meow) to the Vertica Westminster coaching team!

Bri is a self-taught pole athlete who has been teaching since 2022, with a background in advanced and spin pole, flexibility and Fly Pole. She’s taught at several pole studios throughout Denver and Colorado Springs and brings experience coaching pole competitors, along with a background in gymnastics and lyra. Oh, and she’s performed on stage at Ball Arena during a Snoop Dogg concert. So there’s that 🔥

One of the things Bri loves most about teaching is getting to be part of someone else’s pole journey. She knows firsthand how much pole can change the way you see yourself, and she wants her students to have a place where they can challenge themselves, express themselves and feel completely supported while doing it.

And our advanced flyers are going to get her first! Bri will be starting with Fly 3–5 on Friday nights, and we can’t wait to see what she brings to the class!

Please help us give Bri a HUGE Vertica welcome!!

Did you know we offer private pole lessons?! 👀💜

Maybe there’s a skill you’ve been SO close to getting and just need a little one-on-one time. Maybe you want help putting together a routine, you’re thinking about competing, or you just want an hour that’s completely focused on YOU and what you want to work on.

That’s exactly what privates are for! 🙌

You can choose your coach, work at your own pace and focus on whatever YOU want to accomplish. And if you want more than one session, we have discounted packages available too!

Interested? DM us or text 720-340-8542 and we’ll help get you set up with the right coach.

🍂 SEPTEMBER SPLITS CHALLENGE! 💜

Okay, we’re about a week late to the party over here... OOPS. 😂 But there’s still plenty of September left to fall in love with the FLEX! 🤸‍♀️✨

This month, we’re challenging you to put a little extra focus on your flexibility and see what a few weeks of consistency can do!

✨ Get into those V-Flex classes
✨ Work on front splits, middle splits + hip mobility
✨ Use Open Pole for some extra stretching/practice
✨ Take a starting photo NOW so you can track your progress
✨ Keep showing up through the end of September!

And NO, you absolutely do not need to have your splits to participate! Maybe you gain an inch. Maybe a stretch gets a little more comfortable. Maybe you finally hit the floor. Progress is progress. 🙌

AND there’s a grand prize up for grabs! 👀

📸 Post your progress on Instagram + tag Vertica Fitness- Pole Fitness Franchise for 1 entry. And tag Vertica Fitness Westminster so we can cheer you on 🎉
💜 Post in the September 2026 Split Challenge group in the Vertica Circle Network in the Mighty app for a DOUBLE ENTRY

You can enter on each platform once per day!

Soooo... Westminster’s Day 1 is apparently September 8. 😂 Take that starting photo and BOOK THOSE V-FLEX CLASSES! Let’s see what we can do with the rest of the month! 🔥
