A COMMUNITY LISTENING PROJECT
A different kind of gathering.
Presence over performance.
Conversation over consumption.
On Friday, October 30, we gather at Urban Sanctuary on historic Welton Street in Five Points for an evening of music, art, storytelling, listening, and community.
Known as the Harlem of the West, Five Points holds generations of Black music, artistry, entrepreneurship, and cultural expression. We’re honored to continue gathering in a neighborhood where so much history has been created.
And now, meet the humans helping us create the room.
Abi Clark hosts an evening of music and meaningful conversation.
sunstoney shares music from her new album, exploring liberation, becoming, and the stories behind her sound.
steph lindsey brings visual artistry exploring culture, identity, family, and place.
Moringa Infusions with Ayana Christine offers thoughtfully crafted botanical elixirs.
Colorado Rising joins us for civic conversation around climate, justice, and community.
COME DRESSED FOR THE EVE. 🖤
Inspired by Ryan Coogler’s Sinners, we’re celebrating Black Southern Gothic, juke-joint glamour, vampire mystique, and Black Dandism.
Rich textures. Sharp silhouettes. Old-school glamour.
Not a costume. A mood.
With Christian | Photographer capturing the evening through photography.
It’s a night to listen, ask questions, share space, and participate in the conversations shaping our community.
