Living in alignment. Surrounding ourselves with people who totally jive with our vibe… and help our nervous system settle. Help prosper and grow! Choosing places and activities because they make us happy, strong, empowered. You’re in charge of you… so make sure your choices align with the best you!!

What’s bringing you joy these days?
Pause for a moment and really call it to mind.
The small wins. The quiet routines. The people who feel like home. The moments that make you exhale without realizing it.
Savor them. Let them linger. These are the moments we can’t let pass without pausing to see them.
Joy doesn’t always show up loud or flashy, sometimes it’s subtle, steady, and deeply grounding. And noticing it? That’s an act of self care.
Tell me… what’s one thing you’re grateful for right now?

Not how your planner said you’d be doing.
Not how Instagram says you should be doing.
But you.
Did you move your body a little more?
Drink a bit more water?
Pause before quitting on yourself?
That counts.
If you’re feeling:
• motivated → amazing, keep going
• tired → that’s normal
• off track → that’s also normal
This isn’t the moment to scrap the whole plan.
It’s the moment to check in, adjust, and continue.
You don’t need a perfect January.
You need a consistent one.
Small habits.
Daily reps.
Support when motivation dips.
Progress isn’t always loud… sometimes it’s built quietly, day by day.
Drop a 💛 if you’re still showing up.
Drop a 🔄 if you’re recommitting today.
Either way—I’ve got you.

I had a conversation with a client this morning about their fear of establishing New Years resolutions because they’ve never been able to stick to them.
Believe me I get it, but “New Year’s resolutions” are really getting a bad rap. Here’s the truth…there’s nothing wrong with wanting change. There’s nothing wrong with setting new goals as the calendar changes… and they don’t have to have anything to do with the new year.
The problem isn’t setting goals.
It’s trying to do everything at once, rush the process of change with no support. Putting so much pressure on the adherence that it’s nearly impossible to see clear to the end result.
Goals don’t have to be huge gestures calling for complete life changes. You just need a plan that’s sustainable. Then you need to trust the process and focus on following through one day at a time.
This year, don’t fear your resolutions.
Build them differently.
With patience.
With support.
With self-trust.
And most importantly without fear of failure. Anytime we make a choice to improve ourselves, our lives, our relationships… we win.

Strong over skinny.
Not shrinking…growing.
We don’t train bodies to take up less space.
We train them to do more, handle more, and feel better doing it.
Strong looks like:
• moving through life without pain
• energy that lasts past 3pm
• confidence that doesn’t depend on a scale
• a body that supports your goals….inside and outside the gym
Skinny was never the goal.
Capable. Resilient. Consistent. Powerful.
At Re•solve wellness studio in Wash Park, strength training is about building a body that works for your life, whether that means lifting heavier, moving better, or simply feeling strong again.
We focus on:
✔ progressive strength
✔ smart coaching
✔ sustainable routines
✔ long-term results
No extremes. No punishment. No shrinking yourself to fit a mold.
If you’re ready to stop chasing smaller and start building stronger, then this is your place.

Sending love and joy this holiday season to those who have been on this amazing journey with me from the start and to those who are just joining me now. How blessed am I to get to do what I love everyday. As we wrap up the final days of 2025, here’s your reminder to prioritize yourself, do the thing you’ve been afraid to do, make a plan to step outside your comfort zone and chase those dreams. I’m very excited for what’s to come in the New Year, and looking forward to walking alongside you on your journey. 🤍🤍🤍

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, quite the opposite actually.
When you’re constantly running on empty, everyone feels it.
Your patience is shorter. Your energy is lower. Your joy is quieter.
But when you prioritize your health, your mindset, and your needs?
You show up calmer. Stronger. More present.
Self-care should fill your own cup allowing you to create the capacity to be the partner, parent, friend, and woman you want to be.
You’re allowed to take care of yourself and love others deeply.
Both can exist.
What are you doing in this busy season to take care of yourself and show up for YOU?

Big, small, and everything in between.
You’re building momentum in the moments no one else sees.
The early alarm you didn’t snooze.
The workout you almost skipped but didn’t.
The healthier choice you made when it would’ve been easier not to.
Every win sends a message to your mind and body:
“I can do this. I’m becoming this version of me.”
And that energy compounds.
Small wins build confidence.
Confidence creates consistency.
Consistency is the biggest player in our transformation.
So don’t wait for the “big milestone” to celebrate yourself.
You deserve to feel proud today.
Keep noticing the wins.
Keep claiming the momentum.
Keep showing up with that powerful, grounded energy that says, “ I’m not done, I’m just getting started.”
