In honor of Monday Meal Prep, let’s talk .... MEAL PREP! 🤤
The biggest complaints I hear about meal prepping are:
“Meal prepping is boring!”
“Meal prep takes too long.”
“I don’t have time to prep.”
Well, all of those can be overcome with simple tricks, such as:
* Being prepared with groceries
* Having a clean kitchen
* Having a set time every week where you will cook - uninterrupted
* Making it fun with a podcast, show, or (my favorite) some throwback music!
The actual cooking will go by quickly if all of these are in place!
My biggest tip though? KEEP IT SIMPLE ✌🏼
Per meal pick:
1 protein (like chicken, beef, turkey, steak, fish)
1 veggie (broccoli, peppers, brussels)
1 starchy / grainy carb (potatoes, rice, quinoa)
Yes, you may be eating the same lunch every day in a week. But this will save you time in the long run (and money if you are going out to eat often). Win / win? I think so!

It's Friday! YAY! I know we are all happy about that. I know we are all excited about the weekend.
But are you living for the weekend? On Monday are you counting down the days until Friday? Clock watching while you are at work? If you answer yes to any of these, please take some time to evaluate why you do this and where your priorities are not lining up.
You should look forward to every day equally when you are living the life you love! Let's get you there if you're not right now!
