Meet our new group fitness trainer, Ashley Aguilera
Ashley attended McKendree University in Southern Illinois, where she majored in biology to start a Pre-Med track. After graduating in 2012, she planned to go to graduate school for physical therapy and worked as a PT rehab aide for 3 years. However, she was drawn to personal training and became a certified personal trainer through NASM. Over the last several years, she's worked in a variety of fitness settings from corporate wellness, training studios and women's gyms.
When COVID hit two years ago, Ashley took to the road to leave Chicago and head west. With stops in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Wyoming and Utah, her favorite spots included Mount Rushmore and the Bonneville Salt Flats. She bounced back to Colorado and settled in.
Dedicated to helping people who want to be helped, she's taken numerous advance training courses including Jordan Shallow’s Pre-Script. Her motto is move better, feel better. In her free time, you can catch her taking aerial classes or hiking with her dog “Rue”. Her current fitness pursuit is to improve at handstands.

We Are Adding New Group Fitness Classes
HIIT on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 5pm
High Intensity Interval Training set up in a circuit fashion. Short bursts of all out effort with short rests. Burn a ton of calories, with short, fast paced class. Learn what metabolic training is all about and get some post-exercise metabolic burn too!
Bootcamp on Friday's at 6am
A class designed to get your heart rate up and challenge you physically and mentally. The class includes body weight exercises as well as dumbbells and kettlebells.
