Here is a peak into our small group training session 👀Small group personal training is the most popular way to train at our gyms! You’d train with a maximum of 3 other clients during your session. All of you will have completely different programs tailored to your individual goals, so you’ll never have the same workout program as other clients. During the session your coach will be evenly splitting the time spent with each person to ensure proper form, as well as give their feedback if correction is needed. We will help you find the best group to train with based on your availability.

Spencer is a huge calisthenics fan and we love his enthusiasm! Anytime he is at our studio he goes all out on Front Lever training and it’s a joy to watch him. We’ve given him a few tips, but it’s important to note he’s been able to reach this level on his own. Respect for that ✊

This is our most comprehensive Front Lever tutorial yet (thanks to .butcher). Ahmed, has developed his own way of approaching Front Lever training and so far we've been able to get a lot of progress with many of our clients.

Noticeably, he suggests to focus on raises before doing holds. Not the most common way, but somebody once suggested to walk the path less travled 😉💪
