This small factoid: I eat too much sugar. I buy this because stevia has a benign insulin response. At least I cannot feel that sugar high. I paid $18.00 last summer. It's now $45+. Splenda says it costs more because its re-formulated. They took out the original filler erythritol, and added dextrose. DEXTROSE? Now this product is useless. $45.00 for two pounds of sugar!
