Move to Live, Live to Move
Being able to move pain freely, independently, consistently until I die in my late 90’s if not past 100, is my goal.
I think we are at a time in our modern world where we have the science, and resources to have the opportunity to live that long and to thrive for most of it.
The goal isn’t to just get to that age for me. Its about thriving and living life to its fullest during my time here is my goal.
To move entirely independent. I do believe this is possible, and I’m going to try my hardest to get there.
The Ability to move well, is essential to experience what makes life so special.
If this is something you want too, come join me on this journey in the pursuit of Longevity.

Move to Live, Live to Move
Do things that you enjoy, that are physically challenging. Activities or sports that put you in a flow like state. Moving naturally, allowing your body to learn and adapt and improve its abilities.
Different sports teaches your. Idk different skills.
And different sports could also create dysfunctions.
Which is why it’s extra important to Prepare and Recover from anything we choose to do.
To avoid the stress and impact those challenging activities might be putting on our body.
Don’t right, and this is the key to unlocking Longevity.

When I moved to California I become a little obsessed with Climbing.
There’s so much to the sport that I love.
The way my body feels, being forced to connect the entire body during every movement.
The way it teaches you how to leverage your body to make a move more efficient so you don’t get as fatigued.
Being on rocks, under huge mountains, in nature, and in the in the sun.
Most of all, I think my favorite part of this sport, is the community. Everyone seems to be so kind, and inclusive. Everyone is always motivating others to improve and send a route or problem they have been working on.

Summer time!
*
I move to Colorado for lots of reasons, and most people think it was mainly the snow/ mountains so I can snowboard as much as a possible.
*
10 years ago I moved to Denver, and yes, it was in fact because I wanted to snowboard more and be apart of that mountain life.
*
Up in Vail we have a saying that goes “came for the winter, stayed for the Summer” , and that’s 100% true in my case.
*
When I first moved to Colorado I was young and still figuring out who I am, who I want to be, and where I want to be…
*
Overtime I have learned I love the warmth, and thrive in it. I look forward to the sun EVERY morning I wake up. And hope to be in as much (as safe as possible) as possible.
*
Grateful to live and have lived in such a beautiful state. Proud to feel like a true Coloradan, and will always call this place Home.

a HUGE thanks to EVERYONE who supported Team Longevity Training in fundraising for the Fight for Air Climb in Denver Colorado.
*
Overall (as a team) we all finished between under 25 mins running up and down a little under 2k steps around the whole stadium.
*
Our Teammate Josh V. leading our team at 15:48, never stopping his pace completing the entire course ! 👏🏻 way to go Josh!
*
Im so proud of this team. As you see in the pics/ videos, we started as a team by warming up outside of the stadium, started together, stayed close by as a team the whole way, and finished the race together. What a great Team!
*
This event was SO much fun! Being able to be around a group of people, all participating together, OUTSIDE, breathing fresh air, what a beautiful feeling it was!
*
Hopefully next year you will join team Longevity Training and we can make even more of impact fundraising for this great cause.

Don’t take life to seriously. Be silly, goofy, spontaneous, and be yourself. try and let go and enjoy the present moment.
*
I struggle with letting go of control. Having control is my safety net, my defense mechanism, my shield for not letting myself get hurt again...
*
I also see how unhealthy it can be, mentally and physically. Because I am focused on the future, and the outcome of my decisions, I don’t get to see the opportunities in front of me , in the moment, as clearly, and I miss out...
*
“Letting go” is something I’ve been working on for myself for the last year or so, and even though being self aware is #1, I still have a long way to go.
