Thanks Gregg and Sharon Ann Hoffman just did the most badass thing ever. Had to be strong in the whole body and mind to do it! Bucket list jumps at ages 66 and 62. Thanks to hystrength fittest in group of twelve on this excursion.
Thanks Gregg for the education and hard work. Just had my first bone density scan at 65 and my results show in hip and spine( most important for function) that my density is only 2% less than that of a 30 year old woman. Other factors involved of course but proper strength training soon enough DOES yield results.
I started working with Sharon and UrbanPump to build my strength back up, relieve stress and have trainers who understand my needs and where my body is truly at. I have been thrilled with the experience, professionalism and knowledge these two have. I have referred a friend to their program because the RESULTS ARE SO GOOD!

Fit after fifty? How bout STRONG after sixty? Or in my case sixty four. Just finished a two week fishing/ backpacking vacay with LESLIE Foster hu***ng forty pound packs. Felt great. Thanks Gregg for the strength base. And we did not start a program til our fifties. Might add we just did our third gym workout since the trip and are close to where we left off. Routine included a push-up hip flexion with resistance, reverse wood chops, hip flexion plank, low abs AND supine airplane! Whaaat?!?! We feel awesome.
