Long time no see Instafam! And top of the Butt Stuff June to you! This month is all about ze gluteals and making them big and strong and also why that matters (besides the obvious )
Lux is all put together in this big bright new space and
I have SOOO much aggression to work out of my system. There's plenty to go around, don't worry!
I'm extremely eager to get you in here to make you strong af and move better and make your butt nicer and all that good stuff.
Monthly 9AM Saturday donation-based group workouts will start up in July (11 or 18, not sure yet but stay tuned!). 8am Saturday mat Pilates classes will also kick off in July, probably on the 11th.
Other group stuff will be announced in the next week so if you're into that, go to my site and sign up for newsletters. I'm tackling all this admin stuff as we speak so for the love of God have mercy and be patient 😩 but also I hope you're as excited as I am!!!!🤩

I'm so pleased with the progress on the new bigger brighter .strength.denver and I cannot WAIT to tell you about all the ideas I have cooking.
We're talking:
Saturday morning donation-based group workouts
mat Pilates class
kettlebell classes
special guests
workshops
certifications
And now that we have the space and proper logistical position, an Open Gym Party to end them all.

I started the clock as soon as I put them on because last time I think they lasted all of 5 minutes.

Bodyweight Dynamic Squat Warmup
This warmup incorporates your feet and wrists so I especially like it for low bar and barbell front squats!
1️⃣6 point rock
2️⃣6 point circle
3️⃣6 point figure 8
4️⃣Look behind
5️⃣Forearm cat cow
6️⃣Scap pushup with reach
7️⃣Panther
8️⃣Wrist stretch (palms down fingers back, top of hand, top of fist)
Throught the whole series , focus on moving deliberately and try to relate it to your squat pattern.

Final squat workout in this .strength.denver location ✔️
It went soooo well and it was therefore the perfect way to say my goodbye to this spot as I get ready to graduate into Lux's spacious new spot and our most ambitious vision.
If you know me at all, you know I'm a *very* sentimental gal #♓ so I like to reflect. When I moved into this space two years ago, I was in a vastly different place physically and emotionally. It's really really cool to be on the other side of that and making a bid on my future.
Thank you all so much for being here and supporting me every step of the way. Every like, every message, every comment of support has meant so much to me. I can't wait to show you what I have in store for Lux Part 3!
