Got out yesterday for some fishing on the Colorado and was able to put this beauty in my original Bear Creek driftwood landing net. (Sadly she was the only one that required the net). But while I was out there I picked some Colorado River driftwood.
We had a blast at the Evergreen Bluegrass Festival. We met a lot of awesome people, gave out a lot of cards and stickers and sold one of our Bear Creek Landing Nets!
Production has been on hold as we have gotten settled into our new digs. The bears breaking into the shed aren't helping anything either. Our order of net bags just came in from Fish Pond so we should be back at it soon.
We will be at the Evergreen Bluegrass Festival next weekend (8/22 and 8/23), so stop on by.
Berg's is going to be at The Big Wonderful tomorrow, 6/20/2015, from noon to 7:30pm. The Big Wonderful is at Sustainability Park - 2500 Lawrence Street in Denver.
It is an outdoor sustainable market that blends food, flea and entertainment. We feature a large outdoor craft beer garden built out of a storage container, beach volleyball, an urban farm, full stage and much more. This is built for the whole family, but cool enough for everyone.
Berg's Driftwood Landing Nets has moved! We are slowly getting set up at our new location in Conifer (don't be fooled - it is just my house). Production will be on hold for a little while as we get situated. If you have a piece of driftwood that you would like made into a landing net, let us know.

South Platte River number three. This net has pistol style handle with the upgraded epoxy finish. The pins are black walnut. The rim is Black Locust surrounded by Hickory.

Bear Creek number 10. This net has a pine handle with wood worm markings. It has the upgraded epoxy finish with the original net bag. The rim is made of strips of hickory and black locust.

The first Gunnison River driftwood landing net is done! This net has a deeper net bag and a upgraded epoxy finish for increased durability.
Business cards, tags and stickers are in. Time to get serious.
The first of the Gunnison River nets are coming out of the jigs today. We should have nets from the Gunnison and the Arkansas done in the next week or so.

Great day on the Gunnison. Caught some browns and picked some new driftwood. New nets coming soon and we will be unveiling the official logo by the end of the week.
