Starting Monday, we’re leading a special six week yoga practice with our friends at 💫

These Yang Yin classes will blend the fluidity of creative vinyasa yoga with restorative, grounding Yin, highlighting the understanding that our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves all coexist in one holistic system.

The best part? You don’t need to be in Denver or drive to a studio — just grab your mat and practice from wherever you are.

No yoga or spiritual experience needed.

Join us for The Power of Rest, a 25-hour yin and restorative yoga teacher training led by Allumen Yoga founder Madeleine Page.

Together we will examine the concept of rest as revolution and learn how we as yoga teachers can gift mindfulness to our students.

You will learn:
💫 The basics of restorative yoga including postures and proper sequencing
💫 To write and lead your own meditations
💫 How science and subtle body energetics come together in the historical practice of yoga

This training is for certified yoga teachers who wish to expand their knowledge of restorative yoga practices.
