Your stride length isn’t one size fits all.

Too short → you may limit your ability to move and create rotational power.

Too long → you can lose stability, timing, and adjustability.

High level hitters are generally slightly more than shoulder width apart when they get down into their power position. This gives them a strong, athletic base to fire from.

The goal isn’t to have the biggest stride. It’s to find a stride that allows YOU to move efficiently, stay athletic, and be ready to hit. 💪

It’s always bittersweet watching them leave. Sad to see them go, but exciting knowing they’re heading back to compete, grow, and chase their goals.
