We're Hiring a Part-Time Evening Program Assistant!

Danceability Inc. is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Evening Program Assistant to join our team!

If you're passionate about inclusion and enjoy working with children and individuals with disabilities, we'd love to meet you. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a positive, welcoming environment where every dancer can shine.

🕓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What You'll Do:
🩵 Welcome dancers and families as they arrive.
🩵 Assist instructors and volunteers during dance classes.
🩵 Help with classroom setup and cleanup.
🩵 Support participants as needed while encouraging independence.
🩵 Perform light administrative and organizational tasks.
🩵 Be part of a team dedicated to making dance accessible to everyone.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
⭐ Kind, patient, and dependable.
⭐ Organized and willing to jump in where needed.
⭐ Comfortable working with children and individuals with disabilities.
⭐ A great communicator and team player.
⭐ Available Monday through Thursday evenings.

Experience in education, recreation, special education, dance, therapy, or nonprofit programs is a plus—but we are happy to train the right person who shares our passion for inclusion.
