We've been getting a lot of messages asking about the event happening after the VAST Annual Meeting... so here it is!
Introducing Annual Meeting After Hours—an evening of great food, music, dancing, raffles, and good company, all while supporting the Orleans County Snowmobile Association.
First things first...
This is a completely separate event from the VAST Annual Meeting. You do not need an After Hours ticket to attend the Annual Meeting, and you do not need to attend the Annual Meeting to join us for the evening festivities.
"So what does the county do with the money?"
Glad you asked!
✅ Offer free snowmobile safety courses to the community.
✅ Assist local clubs when unexpected needs arise.
✅ Purchase trail maps and trail signage for our members.
✅ Support projects and initiatives that benefit snowmobiling throughout Orleans County.
In other words, every ticket helps keep our local snowmobile community moving forward.
Join us for what promises to be a great evening! Your $100 ticket admits two people and includes:
🍕 Locally crafted wood-fired pizza for two
🎶 Music & dancing
🍺 Cash bar (for purchase)
🎟️ Entry into the evening festivities
🏆 A chance to win incredible raffle prizes
And don't worry—we've already arranged for perfect snowmobile weather: sunny, 80°, and an unforgettable sunset. The trails might be a little soft, but the party won't be.
