Yes, we have 24-hour access.

But we’re not a commercial gym.

G&G is a family-owned gym that started in a garage and has been built piece by piece over the years. The equipment you see wasn’t delivered all at once. It came from years of saving, accumulating, trading, donations, and reinvesting back into this place.

Every piece has a story. And every year, we keep building.

We offer individual, couples, family, and day passes, because we want G&G to be a place that works for real people and real families.

And before you commit, come meet us. Set up a gym tour, walk through the space, ask questions, and see what we’re about.

You’re not just getting a key to a gym.

You’re becoming part of something we’ve spent years building.

Child Care this week!!

Monday (Labor Day) 8am-10am
There will be no child care in the evening this week on Monday!

Tuesday 8am-10am
Tuesday no evening child care

Wednesday 3:45-5:30pm

Thursday 8am-10am & 3:45-5pm

STRONG STARTS YOUNG. 🏋️‍♀️

We’re not just teaching kids how to move weights or run faster. We’re teaching them how to move with confidence, work as a team, respect themselves and others, and learn what their bodies are capable of.

🏃‍♂️ G&G Future Strong Academy
For ages 3–16 — building movement skills, strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy habits through games, fitness, and fun.

🏋️ G&G Athlete Academy
For young athletes ready to take their training to the next level, developing strength, speed, conditioning, movement quality, and the mindset needed to compete.

Different ages. Different goals. Same mission: raise the next generation to be FUTURE STRONG.
