I originally joined to get back in shape and take off some weight
πͺ What keeps you coming back?
Every workout is different. Crystal is an amazing coach and I never get bored with the workouts because they are always so different. She is such a motivator. I love the family atmosphere where everyone wants to see everyone else succeed.
πͺ Whatβs one thing Simply Fit has helped you with (strength, confidence, consistency, etc.)?
All of the above! I like being help accountable for my workout sessions. Crystal always checks in if Iβve missed more than two classes, which shows how invested she is in all her clients. I am much stronger than when I started and I still love coming, even after seven years!
πͺ What would you say to someone thinking about joining?
I would say please try it, even if you are hesitant. I guarantee you will not regret it!!
