Free monthly women's open mat that rotates among BJJ gyms in central Iowa - 3rd Sunday of every month Women ages 14 & up are always welcome.

Central Iowa All-Affiliations Women's Open Mat is a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for women of all races, ethnicities, shapes, sizes, skin colors, religions, political affiliations, gym affiliations, weight classes, and belt ranks, including LGBTQ women. We will not have open mat in June, but we will return in July!

Many of the regular attendees have conflicts on June 21 - it’s Father’s Day and also Championship fights day at the TBAs (muay thai tournament in Des Moines).

If you are looking for some good rolls on June 21, No Coast BJJ in Urbandale has a women-only class at 1pm that day.
