Hosted by the Saydel Varsity Football Program & Coach Dolan, incoming 1st-8th grade students can register for the Saydel Football School.

Dates: 6/15, 6/17, 6/22, 6/24, 7/6, 7/8, 7/13, 7/15

Registration fee of $50/ t-shirt is included

Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Developmental: Incoming 1st-4th Grade
-Football Fundamentals and Terminology
-Multiple Position Experiences
-Group Movement Games

Competitive: Incoming 5th-8th Grade
-High Tempo Atmosphere
-Position Specific Mini Lessons
​-Lost of reps in competitive situations

**There will NOT be an August football camp, Summer Football School will be the only youth football opportunity this year.**

📣💪GUEST SPEAKER FOR ATHLETES 💪📣

We’re excited to share that Joey Boyens from Ekin Nutrition will be speaking to our student-athletes this Thursday, May 7th at 9:30 AM in the auditorium.

Joey will cover important topics including nutrition, dieting, supplements, and how athletes can properly fuel their bodies for peak performance. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to learn habits that support both their health and success in sports.

We will also be introducing a special nutrition support system designed specifically for Saydel athletes, giving them access to resources and opportunities to take their performance to the next level.

All athletes are welcome to attend, and we’re looking forward to providing them with valuable knowledge they can carry into their seasons and beyond!

Some of our players and coaches got together to play disc golf and enjoy pizza during spring break. These 3 took home some hardware from our friendly competition!

Sophia Carnes is a Sophomore out of Saydel HS who placed 3rd at the 2026 Iowa HS Girls State Wrestling Championships at 1A-105 and went 5-1 with 5 pins in doing so! Future is bright! Great job, Sophia!
