Congrats to all of our CIS girls who competed today at The Sand’s! Huge shout out to Girona and Mya for earning their bid to Beach Nationals! We are so proud of you guys! 💚

We have loved seeing the kids progress and are excited for what’s to come! We have two AWESOME training groups and are SO pumped to spend the summer with them! 💚

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 Hawkeye Open Beach Tournament tomorrow July 10th has been postponed until July 30th due to rain in the forecast and the courts being unplayable. Please check your email for more information.

Big congrats to Megan Frischmeyer and Sophia Ibach who placed 4th in the 16U division and earned an open bid to nationals! Great work!

Good luck to all of teams competing at the Iowa Open BNQ tomorrow at The Sands. Please check in at 7:30 and meet the coaches on the courts for warm up at 7:45. All divisions will start their first pool play match at 8:30! Have your parents check their emails for details on what to bring and make sure to wear your gear!

It’s hot outside!! ☀️ Make sure to bring a lot of water, sunscreen, sunglasses and sand socks to beach practice today.
