Maryam's focus is helping others with specific concerns which limit their ability to move effectively. Think of range of motion of your shoulder, ankle strength, back, hip, and hamstring tightness and limited mobility in your knee or wrist. Pilates demands precise movements, and if you are not sure if you are doing them correctly, a safe and small environment is conducive to seeking out assistance. This is why our small group classes are limited to 6 students. Instructors can dive deeper into explanations because they don’t have as many students to attend to. You’ll learn more and perform better as a result.
