Yvette Keyes has a mission to help women reconnect with who they really are and to have the confidence to live their life in a way that feels joyful to them without the hang ups of other people’s opinions. Ask her clients what made them choose her and you’re likely to get many different answers. There’s one thing they’ll all agree on though; Yvette deliver results. Yvette spent many years in customer service before opening her own business teaching dance to children. Yvette instructed children ages 2 - 18 winning numerous awards, but that wasn't where her journey was to end. Life was about to shift...
Her “A HA” moment came after her divorce in 2007. She was left feeling less than confident, unsure of herself and very lost. Combined with all the messages that we receive from society left her feeling overwhelmed and like she wasn't measuring up. All the messages about staying young, staying fit and not being made to feel like she was enough. That wanting to have perfection in her body, in her parenting, in her relationships and in her life. She took some time away from dance and really dug in and worked on herself, receiving her life coaching and relationship coaching certification in 2012 & 2013. After getting remarried and having two more children Yvette used the power of sensual dance as her final step in connecting back to her true essence. She found her pleasure, she found her joy, she found her heart. She discovered parts of her that she forgot existed, but knew deep down were always there. Yvette wanted to share this feeling. She knew more women had to be feeling overwhelmed and like they weren't measuring up. She knew she had to do something to change that. Having been through so many life transitions of her own and knowing how unsure that could make one feel she knew she needed to reach out to other women to let them know that they too were perfect. To give them the push they need to go out and conquer the world in the way they see fit. The confidence to get that job, start that business, take that vacation...whatever they wanted. A wife, mother of six children between the ages 3 to 23 and a grandmother of one, Yvette created Flirt Life University to help other women deal with the overwhelming feelings of being a woman while still living everyday life. Today Yvette can be found running online workshops and courses, body image photo shoots, and doing private coaching for women across the country.
