A little over 1 week until our final ConfRegional tournament!!! Here are some lovely photos from the very windy Old Capitol Open tournament at the end of March! We had a total of 18 (!!!) people come up to Marion, IA to play and a lot was learned! I’m so thankful I’ve had the opportunity to play on this team for 4 years and captain it for 2. iBex love always 💙💛

Start of the Season Update: Our first practice was a blast!! We had a fantastic time with many new and returning Ibex at yesterdays first practice. Our returnees and our new coach, Janna, helped teach the newbies the basics of throwing, cutting, and other fundamentals of the game (including positive team spirit)! We had 16 people at practice, and that's not counting some of our newbies and returnees who couldn't make it yesterday! We are excited to see this team grow this season and share it with all of you!!!
