Half time show! Beautiful day to take a break and lunch (or dance 💃) outside !

Our fabulous Cadillac Instructor Training crew soaking up the 80* day. We've gotta find a way to get these machines outdoors!

Studio family....Beginning next week we will be offering virtual sessions! We can take care of your movement needs without you having to leave your home! Do you have a phone? internet? If yes, this is an option for you!
Private session OR small group class (just like in studio)
Mat based movements with simple props you probably have in your homes (we can get pretty crafty!)
Please comment below if you have interest as I am starting to set up the schedule and I have a feeling times will go quickly!
Current studio members will have priority scheduling, then we will open to new clients.
I look forward to seeing your beautiful faces!!
