Im sitting here listening to Regge music and its not helping my winter blues. We normally get away this time of year to soak in some rays and warmth. With our bucket list trip coming in less than 90 days, we are chilling and saving for our trip but, to be honest, the trip can't come soon enough!!

I know we are going to have an absolute amazing time but I can't wait until we are traveling more again. I absolutely love exploring new places and in return, I can share those places with you as I book your travel.

Oh, how I’ve missed you! Your motivation is the best ever!

Had a great time yesterday attending Beachbody’s Super Saturday event in Chicago. The CEO, Carl Deikler braves the winds and flew in to talk to us all.

Beachbody is going through a transformation in 2023 and will be known as BODi.

BODi is all about being healthy, mentally and physically. It’s not about not putting pressure on yourself to meet specific goals but more about living a healthy lifestyle; creating “Health Esteem.”
