Most people think they love CrossFit because of the workout.
Science says itâs a little deeper than that.
Every time you learn a new skill, hit a PR, finish a tough workout, or accomplish something you werenât sure you could do, your brain releases dopamine. The neurotransmitter associated with motivation, reward, and achievement.
Thatâs why checking off another workout feels so good.
CrossFit isnât just exercise.
Itâs a constant stream of small wins.
A heavier lift.

A first pull-up.
